The Mac Committee welcomes racing rules and handicap rating expert Dobbs Davis to lead this seminar. For decades, the Offshore Racing Congress has been using science to provide accurate and fair handicap ratings for all types of boats. The system gives race officers a variety of scoring options to make sure results are accurate.
