WOW invites you to catch up with family and friends at a fabulous four course wine dinner featuring Cambria Estate Winery with special guest, Jill Russell, winemaker of Cambria Winery & Estate. Guests will enjoy passed appetizers and select wines from the vineyard starting at 6:30 p.m.

1st Course
Grilled diver sea scallops, fresh citrus segments, julienned apple salad with peach gremolata. Paired with 2017 Clone 4 Chardonnay.

2nd Course
Coffee crusted seared lamb loin, carpaccio, dark cherry reduction and spiced nuts. Paired with 2015 Cambria Julia's Pinot Noir.

3rd Course
Roast loin of venison with crispy pork belly, kabocha squash puree, melange of baby vegetables. Paired with Cambria 2015 Signature Barbara's Pinot.

4th Course
Tropical fruit creme brulee cheesecake.
Paired with Cambria 2018 Viognier Tepesquet Vineyard.
