CHILI COOK-OFF
Saturday, January 11th at Monroe Station
Please drop off chili by 12 p.m.
Calling all chili masters! Join your friends at the Chicago Yacht Club on January 11th and warm up after the Chicago Boat, RV & Sail Show over some delicious homemade chili! We are looking for 12 brave and talented chili makers to take this challenge, so be sure to bring your specialty recipe on Saturday, January 11th by 12 p.m! Each contestant will provide one gallon of chili for the contest. Bring all the fixin's that make your chili unique, CYC will provide bowls, spoons and warmers!

Fight the bleakness of winter with some spicy chili, an ice cold beer and enjoy time with friends while warming up at Monroe Station. At the end of the event, we will count member votes and award one home chef as the glorious chili master of Chicago Yacht Club, awarding them with our infamous Chili Master Trophy!
FIRST PLACE: 
 $250 Food & Beverage credit!
Winning recipe will be posted on the Club's Facebook page

SECOND PLACE:
$50 Food & Beverage credit
Each contestant will provide one gallon of chili for the contest. Bring all the fixin's that make your chili unique, Chicago Yacht Club will provide bowls, spoons and warmers!
