for our End of Season and Awards Dinner


6 p.m: Appetizers and Cocktails

7:15 p.m: Presentation
Trophies for the top three finishers of the Lady Skipper Race
Recognition of the CSF 2019 volunteers
Presentation of CSF Vice Chair Burgee to our new Vice Chair, Peter Ellis.

7:30 p.m: Dinner

Starter:
Yellow tomato Soup and Granny Smith
Apple Salad with Sherry Vinaigrette

Entrée Selection:
Roasted Prime Rib of Beef with Au Jus – Paired with Twice
Baked Potatoes and roasted broccoli and Cauliflower

Crab and Lobster Cakes with Saffron Butter Sauce
– Paired with Asparagus Bundle and vegetable fried rice

Butternut Squash Risotto with Wild Roasted Mushrooms

involved with CSF, this is a perfect opportunity to meet fellow club members,
learn more about the CSF and start planning for the 2020 season.
