VALENTINE'S DAY DINNER
Thursday, February 14th | 6 - 9 p.m. | Monroe Station
Enjoy a romantic dinner just for you and your special someone accompanied by live music to set the mood. Start off with a complimentary glass of champagne and the menu will be a choice of appetizer, entrée, and dessert buffet.

Appetizers (Choose One):
1. Beef Tartare with Grilled Crostini
2. Sautéed Maine Lobster & Fresh Corn Cake
3. "Scotch Egg"
4. Caesar salad

Entrée (Choose One):
1. Sous vide veal tenderloin medallion & steamed crab legs with drawn butter
2. Grilled New York Strip Steak with Wild Mushroom Custard
3. Roasted and stuffed pheasant breast with Fontina cheese, prosciutto and spinach
4. Sautéed Chilean sea bass with fresh pea purée and herb butter sauce
5. Corn meal crusted chile relleno stuffed with Manchego cheese and guajillo sauce
