with St. Francis Winery & Domaine Carneros

Experience a magnificent culinary evening showcasing an incredible four-course meal prepared by Chicago Yacht Club's very own Chef Larry Asher and a different vintage wines from St. Francis Winery & Vineyars and Domaine Carneros with each course. Rick Bonitati, President of St. Francis Winery will also be attending the dinner and speaking to our guests.

First Course:
Pear Napoleon with Wild Mushrooms & Artichokes
Paired with St. Francis Sauvignon Blanc

  Second Course:
Broccoflower Couscous with Curry Oil & Aged Balsamic Vinegar
Paired with St. Francis Pinot Noir

  Third Course:
Juniors Pad Thai with Julienned Kabocha Squash & Smoked Tofu
Paired with St. Francis Old Vines Zinfandel

Dessert:
Chocolate Bing Cherry Cobbler
Paired with St. Francis Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon
