Reservations are available at 6, 7 and 8 p.m.

Take an evening to relax during the busy holiday season with a
Candlelight Dinner. Christmas Carolers will be in the building
singing holiday tunes

First Course:
- Fresh Sweet Pea Soup with Crab Salad & Creme Fraiche
- Beef Carpaccio - Thin Sliced Rare Beef Strip Loin, Garnished with capers,
red onions, eggs, shaved asiago cheese and arugula
- Baby Frisee Salad with Duck Confit, Poached Quail Eggs,
Duck Lardons and Truffle Vinaigrette

Second Course:
- Lemongrass Crusted Chicken Breast with Macadamia nut basmati rice
and julienne vegetables
- Black Eyed Peas with French Beans, Chantrelle Mushrooms, Spicy Curry Emulsion
- Grilled 5 oz Filet and Canadian Lobster Tail with drawn Butter
- Hawaiian Big Eye Tuna Trio: Marinated Poke, Grilled with Tropical Fruit Salsa,
Sauteed and Miso Glazed
- Chilean Sea Bass wrapped in feuille de brick with basil and sun-dried tomatoes

Dessert:
- Holiday Themed Dessert Buffet
