The Verve Cup Inshore Regatta is a spectacular sailing event. Hosted by the Chicago Yacht Club at Belmont Station each August, the Verve Cup is the most popular inshore regatta in Chicago. Identical One Design classes compete for two days to determine which boat has the best skipper and crew. Etchells, Shields, Luders 16, Rhodes 19, Solings, J-70s and J-24 keelboat classes competed last year. Fleets only need five boats registered to participate, so mobilize your class and sign up for some great racing at Belmont this August!
This past year, the Verve Cup was bigger than ever and is always assured to be the best One Design sailing around. Featuring optimal late summer breezes, competitive racing, and the best race committee on the water, the Verve Cup delivers outstanding racing with parties held at the conclusion of each day's racing. Get onboard for the 2014 Verve Cup Inshore, the best One Design Sailing event in the Midwest!
