Frostbiting Series 

The Vanguard 15,  Laser and 420 fleets race Sunday morning in Chicago Yacht Club's Frostbiting Series. Racing is every weekend at the Club's Belmont Station and participants can enjoy a hot soup lunch and plenty of time to discuss the day's racing.  Both spring and fall frostbiting seasons last seven weeks. Typically five races are sailed each morning and around 30 boats participate each day. Non-members of the Chicago Yacht Club are also welcome.

Spring frostbiting begins March 2011 and runs out of Belmont Harbor. Fall frostbiting begins Sunday, October 10, 2010 at Belmont Harbor. Please fax entry forms to 312-861-1840 or email them to racecoordinator@chicagoyachtclub.org.
